We recommend ordering the standard regular size which is made to fit the average wrist.

Standard Strap Length - 6.3-7.2 inches
Small Strap Length - 5.5-6.3 inches
Large Strap Length - 7.2-8.1 inches

1. Rotate your forearm outward until your palm is facing up and open your hand

2. Place the end of the measuring tape in the middle of your wrist width

3. Wrap the measuring tape around your wrist and read the measurement

That’s it, you have your wrist size!
