Product Care

General Care

Wrap bracelets should never be worn in or exposed to water. Be careful and avoid exposure to perfumes, hair products, lotions, soaps, oils and household chemicals. Always remove jewelry before exercising or cleaning.

Sterling Silver

Sterling silver can be cleaned with a sterling silver polishing cloth. Avoid chlorine water and rubbing with paper products, which can scratch the silver. Store pieces in a cool dry place away from light and air to prevent excess tarnishing. We recommend using the sterling silver specific liquid jewelry cleaner. For pieces containing stones, pearls and crystals, we recommend using the polishing cloth only, as the liquid can damage some stones.

Gold Plated Sterling Silver

Always separate from other jewelry to prevent scratching and remove before showering or cleaning. Polish gently using yellow gold specific polishing cloth.

Caring for Plated Jewelry

Due to the nature of plated jewelry we suggest following these guidelines to maintain your piece.

Scented products such as perfumes, colognes and lotions contain chemicals that can react with plating and discolor or fade jewelry. Body chemistry and moisture can also effect a plated piece – a high skin PH balance will greatly speed up wear on a plated item.

Plated jewelry should never be worn during activities that involve water such as showering or pool/beach activities as chlorine and salt water will effect plating. When removing jewelry for these purposes be sure to store in a dry area. Friction or contact with a hard surface can produce scratches or wear to the piece.

If necessary, use warm water with a mild, fragrance-free soap to clean plated items. Gently pat dry with a clean cotton or microfiber cloth. Most jewelry cleaners contain chemical elements that will slowly wear and fade plating over time.

Following these steps will help ensure the longevity of your jewelry!

Apple Watch Straps Size Guide

Our Apple Watch Straps are available in 3 different lengths. We recommend ordering the standard regular size, which is made to fit the average wrist.

Standard/Regular Strap Length: 6.3-7.2 inches - 42 centimeters. Each strap is 15.5 inches.
SmallStrap Length: 5.5-6.3 inches - 37 centimeters. Each strap is 14.5 inches.
Large/Extra Large Strap Length: 7.2-8.1 inches - 48 centimeters. Each strap is 18.89 inches.

Are your products made of genuine stones?

Yes, our products are crafted using genuine natural stones. We take pride in sourcing high-quality materials to create unique and authentic pieces. Each stone used in our products undergoes careful selection to ensure its authenticity and beauty. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin/allergies?

Can I change the color of the hardware on my watch strap (e.g., from silver to gold, gold to silver, or gold to rose gold)?

We understand that you might want to change the color of the hardware on your watch strap. Yes, we can help you with that. While we can change the color, please be aware that complete hardware alteration may not always be possible. The final product may have minor design variations compared to the original design featured in the images. These variations are typically minor and are part of the customization process to ensure that the hardware color matches your desired color.

Can I request necklace-length extensions?

Absolutely! We offer customization for necklace lengths. To request a custom measurement, contact our customer support team at support@fashionqueenly.com and provide your order number and the desired length. Once we have this information, our fulfillment team will process your request and create a necklace tailored to your specifications.

How can I determine if the Apple watch strap fits my watch?

Our standard Apple Watch Strap bracelets are designed to hold watches with watch faces ranging from 38-45 mm.

Need a watch strap for your 38-41mm or 42-45mm watch plate? Contact our customer support team at support@fashionqueenly.com. Make sure to provide your order number and watch model when you're making the request. With this information, we can make your watch strap perfectly match your watch's specifications.

How can I initiate a return, and what do I need to know about the process?

You can contact our customer support team for assistance if you want to return an item. You can reach them through email at support@fashionqueenly.com or our online chat. To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, provide your order number and explain why you want to return the item.

Please note that returning an item without prior notice is not acceptable. Our dedicated team will guide you through the necessary steps, including the return timeframe, packaging instructions, and any associated fees or conditions. How to measure your wrist size

1. Rotate your forearm outward until your palm is facing up and open your hand

2. Place the end of the measuring tape in the middle of your wrist width

3. Wrap the measuring tape around your wrist and read the measurement

To ensure a comfortable fit, it's important to double-check your wrist measurement. We provide customization services if the available size options are unsuitable for your wrist.

How long does delivery take?

Express Shipping - Please allow 3-5 business days.

Standard Shipping - Please allow 8-15 business days (average) for other items to arrive in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.

I am concerned about the lack of updates on my shipment.
